Well all the templates "METRIC" or "GLOBAL" it is unit system
Stb. or Ctb. is plot style table
"Model" it is for modeling preferably
"Sheet" for drawings arrangement- in AEC project
"Structural" for modeling bearing structers
GSM...well never used it
"elevetions" for creating sections in Views-in AEC project
"detail and kaynote" for sections an elevations
"autocad template" for ordinary AutoCAD

THE FIRST OF ALL YOU NEED TO START WITH A SOME model TAMPLATE....than else

Hi @Shay.Gaghe,

In addition to @brian_adams's explanation, I can provide following information and resources about the AutoCAD Architecture drawing and project templates:

  • About Templates
  • About Template Projects
  • Aec Model templates: come with standard AEC Object Styles in them, as well as standard Display Configurations to help you display those AEC objects.
  • Imperial vs. Metric vs. Global: these templates are set up with units and styles in specific measurement systems.
  • CTB vs. STB: these are set up with plot style tables that either use color (CTB) or style (STB) to determine how your objects will plot.
  • GSA templates: contain styles and standards that adhere to GSA guidelines.
  • Structural templates: contain styles and standards for structural design.
  • Project templates: set up an entire project to adhere to certain styles and standards.
