Hello!
I am working with Construction and Planning at my University and one of our goals is to take an extensive topographic AutoCAD map we have created from LiDAR scans of the Campus, and to transpose that into a 3D interactive model of the campus with topography and buildings, for future application. Does anyone recommend any programs or software that could handle that, maybe ArcGIS or something else from ESRI? We would like an accurate and clear/clean map, even when zoomed into specific buildings.
