2024 Plot Custom Properties not working

I just installed 2024 and cannot get a correct plot.  I have tried creating a new plot style form scratch, have tried using older pc3 files.  Something is wrong with the Custom Properties.  I go in and set all of the custom properties, paper size, orienatation, everything that is correct with my plotter.  I hit ok and it have tried both save and create a temporary plot file, as soon as I get back to the main plot screen, it automatically reverts back to letter size paper.  We have been using the same plot process for ACA 2019, 2020, 2021, but 2024 seems to not be working properly.  I recently installed 2023 on several machines and it seems to work correctly.  I have installed all updates on the ACA 2024 page.  Any ideas on what is causing this issue?

No issues here in ACA 2019 through 2024 in our offices.

plotting to what device exactly? That's the problem most likely, the driver is "fixed" to one sheet size only.

And have you simply tried testing this all with all of the pre-provided PDF drivers instead?

I am using an HP T2530 plotter/scanner. We have used this plotter for several years and had no issues with paper sizes.  I tried for several hours and finally decided to install ACA 2023. Using the exact same steps I have used for all previous versions of ACA and the same ones I tried in 2024, I was able, on the first attempt to create page setups for E1 and D size sheets and they both printed correctly. This tells me there is a bug in the plot code of the 2024 program that is not working properly.

I am having the same issue in ACA 2023 with the pdf settings.  I had page setups for D and E1 size sheets and this version won't accept those.  I have tried recreating them in 2023, but something ois sticking where even though all settings say landscape, no matter what I do, after going through custom properties, when I get back to the main plot screen the paper size reverts back to letter or presentation board.  When I change it back to E1, it always rotates back to portrait.  It's like ACA is defining E1 as portait and nothing will change this.  I am trying to use the Adobe PDF printer but I have also tried the Bluebeam PDF printer.  Both printers force E1 to portrait no matter the settings I choose.

I'm having the same problems with a Xerox workgroup printer and HP PageWide 4000 plotter. I set the custom properties to print in color and it reverts back to the original settings. I've been printing to PDF, and then printing the PDF as a workaround to get color. I'm running Civil3D 2024.3 (13.6.1781.0).
