2016 - Change color of icons for toolbar, line weight display, lock icon

I would like to change the colors of the icon buttons to easily find the following icons in the lower right panel.

Object tracking icons

Paper/Model Space lock icon

Lineweight Icon

I looked in CUI but could not figure out how to do this.  The gray icons make it hard to discrimate quickly which ones to push and I was wanting to change the color to make it easier.

CUI has an icon editor, but first you need to select the command from the command list , when it appears on the right side you will see the two icons listed at the bottom, select the icon you want to edit, editor appears at the top with an edit button. Go for it.

I looked but I saw nothing for the attached toolbar.  While there is a viewport lock it is a completely different icon. I am attaching a screenshot of the toolbar I would like to change the icon to vport lock/unlock, and lineweight. Any thoughts?

So far as I know, the Application Status Bar is not customizable through the CUIX file.
