Thanks for replying - I'm mediating --- the SCCM guy wrote the installation and he's doing the troubleshooting.  Will get back with his questions (very busy person)!

Here is  the error on the red icon.  Is there a procedure that we can follow?

Seems it will not install because it thinks it already is installed.  Any AutoCad previously installed has been uninstalled already.

So the error, if you read it, says AutoCAD is already installed.

This fixed our problem.

Please try to delete following registry if exists:
