Create your titleblock in modelspace, replace the text with attributes. Use
attdef to create them. When you insert this into a drawing file you are
prompted for the attribute values. I prefer to xref my Titleblocks into the
layout tabs, that way I can enter the information that is the same on each
sheet one time. I then insert a serperate sheet info block into each layout
that has info like sheet number which would be different on each sheet.
