Sheets wont publish to project

Publishing model & include all sheets, full sheet set, small sheet set, the project gets stuck in 'Processing: sheet Views" forever, Revit freezes & screen eventually ghosts

Hi Don! Yes still having trouble publishing sheets. Below are Egnyte links to the files. I can publish the sheets without the architectural background attached (which does me no good) and it still continues to get caught up with background model loaded.

Would it possible to upgrade the version of the Revit model from 2017 to a new version, 2018 or 2019?

The issue can be reproduced in the Revit 2017 version of the file. In upgrading the file to Revit 2019 and testing within a test project, the sheets appear to publish as expected.

Good Morning, I have upgraded the project to 2018 in hopes that I could make it work as we have several projects in that format currently. Having to upgrade to 2019 for every project will not be a great selling point during our evaluation of the proeduct. Is this just due to the models we are working with on this project?

Hi Bradley,

I totally understand your concern. In your case, we believe that the issue is related to this specific model and we currently do not see any general issues with publishing models from Revit 2017. What makes it difficult to understand where the issue comes from in your model is that it freezes on the sheet processing without generating any errors. I suspect that the problem sheet might be the sheet "Site Plan", but I'm not entirely sure. Therefore, upgrading the model in this case would be the most reliable solution. Please let us know if you saw this issue in any other models.

OK. Upgrading to 2019 now & will give it another go. Will keep you posted
