I uploaded multiple versions of files from a 360 Hub to Assemble. Upon completion the ability to compare versions is no longer available. Is this due to naming convention being slightly different, as well as not being able to override the version (they all appear as V1)

I'm pretty sure you have to keep the same naming convention in order for Assemble to recognize a model upload as being a different version from the original that was uploaded.

I know that was required when publishing through Revit, guess it's still required when using the web upload/import. Issue I'm having is when trying to change the name or version date through web upload, once it's done processing the model shows blank.

you have to ensure that when you upload a newer version of a file, that you name it the exact same thing so that it comes in as a new version of the existing file rather than coming in as a separate model v1

The inability to compare versions of files after uploading them from a 360 Hub to Assemble might indeed be due to naming conventions or the way versions are handled during the upload process. When all uploaded files appear as "V1," it can be challenging to distinguish between different iterations and effectively compare them. To address this issue, you may want to consider standardizing your naming conventions or exploring if there's an option to manually set or update the version numbers within the Assemble platform.

This can help ensure that version comparison remains accessible and accurate for your project files. Additionally, reaching out to Assemble's support or help resources may provide more specific guidance on resolving this matter.
