Want to sign up an account but solid angle doesn't feature my country. What do I do?

Hey there. I'm an animation student from Taiwan.

I wanted to download and install the Arnold renderer to render my Maya projects, so I logged in to Solid Angle with my Autodesk account and was asked to create a new Solid Angle profile.

When I got to country selection, I couldn't find my country's name. It would either be Taiwan, or Republic of China.

When you create an Autodesk account?

Or when you log in with that Autodesk account, and you're asked to create a new Solid Angle profile?

I messed around with it and thought, why not try China and see if it would let me pass.

It let me pass!

Then I went to my profile page and tried changing the country to some other random countries and there was still no error!

The country doesn't seem to matter!!

But then it doesn't match with my address...

Is this an issue?

I wonder if this would cause them trouble?
