Toon Shader - Lollipop shader?

Last Friday I attended a nice talk at Vertex2020 from Pixar. They explored how the NPR style is starting to be more and more popular and showed a couple examples where they introduce and implemented the Lollipop shaders. What really caught my attention was the fact that you can have multiple AOVs with different aspects of your shading - hatching, line work, etc.

As this is style is being used more in a couple of movies, are there any plans for Arnold to improve even further the toon shader? I am thinking in movies like the latest Spider-man movie.

There is a hatching tutorial here.

Yes, but I think is more how limited you are in terms of output. The Contour AOV is either on or off, there is no way for me to isolate for example, the edge for this and this material and another one for this and this material or object.

@ I think now is more that you are stuck with 2 AOV's. RGBA or Contour. If we had the opportunity to split all of those aspects of the Toon Shader would be amazing. I contacted Arnold Support to see what can be done.
