ARNOLD RENDER VIEWPORT ISSUE

Hello, I have purchased maya, and I have encountered this issue couple of times this past week. This happened in maya 2024.2 version. I was testing utility node on a cube and a couple of spheres. I don't know if there is a bug or maybe I don't know what I am doing wrong.

 I have posted this screenshot so that it might help someone with the issue.

Does this happen with new Maya Preferences?

You could try updating to the latest Arnold for Maya plugin:

So, there was no problem with the prefernces but more like the plug-in itself. I will try to update it with the latest one. The thing is the same thing happend with the xgen as well. So if you switch from xgen to x gen interactive groom the viewport goes blank and there are no options available.
The only thing you could do is restart the application each time you need to change from x gen to interactive goom. I still don't know why this happens. If you like I can send the screenshot just like above as well.
