aiFog and moving camera ?

Is there a way to setup aiFog to adjust for a moving camera. ie. like linking to an aim constraint or connecting some attributes etc ? Seems fine to set up for a static shot but not for a panning camera as the fog isn't dynamically calculated if the camera moves quite a bit.

Setting the ground Normal to Y= 180 - is a good general start position, So as camera moves as long as scene oriented in the usual way...
