Trying to install Mtoa 3.1.0.1, Getting NSIS Error

Hey there,

I've downloaded Mtoa 3.1.0.1 and Mtoa 3.1.0 from the official website and when I try to run it i'm getting NSIS error. I've tried running it through cmd -> NCRC and it still doesn't work. is there another installation file I could try running? did anyone else run through this issue? I just want it to update.

The downloaded file is incomplete/corrupted.
