Maya 2022 crashes - MASH instancer with StandIns ARNOLD GPU rendering

Hi there,
Maya 2022 crashes most times when using MASH instancer with StandIns. But only with Arnold GPU rendering. No imager is added. CPU rendering works fine. Crashing is independent from number of StandIns/Instances or number of distriburted objects.
This is the error message
// Error: [gpu] an error happened during rendering. OptiX error is: Invalid context (Details: Function "_rtContextLaunch2D" caught exception: Validation error: No child set for transform node)
GPU 0 had 22724MB free before rendering started and 18358MB free when crash occurred //
I'm Working with a Nvidia RTX 3090 now, two weeks ago I had exactly the same problems with my old 2080ti.
Arnold MtoA 4.2.3 Arnold Core 6.2.1.1
Nvidia Studio Driver 471.11
Any ideas? Is anybody facing the same issues?
