How to render the highlights seen from inside the cockpit

I simply made a scene, you can see what I want from my reference picture001.jpg002.jpgsnipaste-2021-12-28-21-44-09.jpgsnipaste-2021-12-28-21-44-34.jpg

They don’t seem to see the highlights. What solutions do you use to solve them? Thanks.

Add a dirt/smudge/scratch map to specular_roughness and maybe a slight bump map too.

I am very glad to see your answer. Please look at the picture below. The inherent colors and highlights are very obvious in the direct sun. The rendering outside the glass is correct, but the rendering effect inside the cockpit is not correct.Thanks. 003.png05.png

Thank you very much for your reply. I have added a light below. This should be his correct performance. The highlights and inherent colors are obvious under direct light.007.png009.jpgImage Caption
