So no matter what material I use, Arnold makes the texture blurry when I render it out. Maya software and Hardware do not produce the same results, they come out perfectly fine. Arnold is messing up for some reason. Is it because i'm using a small texture? The Blue Grey background pic is the maya viewport. The black background picture is the Arnold render.

Post an example texture.
Otherwise, use the Image node and use a negative value for the mipmap bias. And/or change the filter to Closest if all your textures are pixelated like that.
Do you mean the Filter type circled in red? I did notice that my texture is appearing Blurred in the UV Editor. Is it someone possible to make it clear and sharp? Maybe thats the reason I suppose
Update, just switched it to the Aisurface and it is now clear in the UV editor, however, arnold still renders it out blurry
