Arnold LookDevX + OSL How to Combine?

Hi everyone! I've been trying to figure this out for sometime and searched all over with no solid results. Basically i have setup some OSL code that works for my stylized painterly shader setups (Translating it from Redshift) and it works fully in Arnold hypershade.

Now I know a lot of users are migrating to LookDevX since a better experience and wanted to future proof before I release however I do not see how to set this up properly with any OSL. Is there any documentation / videos / anything to help get OSL into LookDevX?

Thanks!

I don't think you'll get your OSL into LookDevX
You should look into packagin your painterly shader setups as a custom MaterialX node whose implementation is OSL.

That's how the Arnold MaterialX implemention is exposed in LookDevX. MaterialX standard-library graphs can be converted into OSL for rendering, and Arnold ships MaterialX definitions plus the OSL/code-generation infrastructure
