Can Ambient Occlusion be added as an AOV with GPU rendering for Maya? If so, what is the correct method? The custom AOV method that works with CPU rendering does not seem to be supported with GPU rendering.

I can create a custom AOV, put Ambient Occlusion as the default shader, and get an AO AOV with Arnold GPU. This is with the latest MtoA.
