Render Object ID AOV from Solaris

I have most standard AOVs working in Solaris and can render PrimVars out, but unsure how to use the RAW Arnold ID AOV.

Is there something I need to setup on the USD Prims? Tried rendering ID AOV which renders to all white. Tried adding ID attrib to a prim and doesn't seem to do much.

The builtin ID AOV is a number, not a color.

On my render var node I've got my data type set to int, my Source Name set to "ID" and my format set to uint. I'm still just getting a black aov though. Any ideas what I'm missing?
