Spots/ when using SSS depending on the distance from the camera

Hi, I'm doing a skin human, all the textures works but when I active SSS it starts to appear spots, wireframes or squares in the render. I have tried lots of things, and I think the solution is in the camera or render settings, but which one? That conclusion is because I have notice that made a near render the spots disappear and far one appears. Please help

I solved, the answer was in activate Arnold Subdivision - type catclark on the meshShape

Interesting. I wouldn't expect it to look like that without subdivisions. Is the mesh triangulated? Does it look like that without SSS? It almost looks like coincident geo.
