Creating meshes with a constant number of vertices in Bifrost and fluid/nParticles

I have a question regarding Bifrost and fluid/nParticles.
I would like to implement a function in my VAT tool that is similar to the ''Number to Keep'' function in Houdini's ''Reduction Amount''.
I was able to export Soft and Rigid meshes without any problems using my VAT tool. However, I was unable to reproduce the movement of fluids.
Therefore, I would like to create a function that can give me movement similar to what I can achieve using Bifrost and fluid/nParticles, in order to implement the ''Number to Keep'' function in Houdini's ''Reduction Amount''.

If there is a solution to this problem by changing settings or a possible implementation, I would appreciate it if you could advise me on how to solve this problem.

Thank you in advance for your time.
