Job Title: Cloud Sales Specialist
Location: Moscow
Position Overview
Cloud Sales Specialist is responsible for expanding new business for Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro product in Emerging to meet/exceed financial and business objectives. This job is assigned a sales quota and performance is measured by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets by up-selling, add-on sale, and cross-selling. This position reports to a Cloud Sales Lead and will work closely with our multiple stakeholders – Autodesk Industry team, Autodesk Partner Management, Autodesk Channel Partners, and Autodesk Inside Sales.
Main Responsibilities
Create and execute on a business plan which includes target customer segments, resources, and which solves business needs for the defined for collaboration in EMEA Emerging.
Establish plans and execute selling strategies in order to grow the revenue base and/or adoption cycle for Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro and form strong relationships with customers/partners, and other internal sales teams.
Attend regular customer/partner meetings, events, and training (internal & external).
Provide regular feedback to the product, industry & strategic marketing teams.
Provide an accurate weekly, monthly & quarterly forecast of the business.
Drive both direct and indirect sales opportunities with internal Autodesk sales teams, and resellers in order to build, maintain & grow opportunity pipeline within the assigned territory.
Liaise with marketing team in order to run/attend events in line with company growth strategies, become familiar with sales promotions, and provide guidance on business planning on an ongoing basis.
Act as a representative of Autodesk and give presentations to client groups.
Keep up-to-date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement.
Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotas and sales contracts.
Utilize and refine sales collateral provided by technical marketing to develop effective and repeatable sales plays that lead to increased adoption of Autodesk solutions.
Act as a catalyst to inform, support, and help drive sales in other teams including developing channel skills to sell Autodesk BIM Collaborate Pro product.
Act as an evangelist to determine positioning, identify business requirements, and finding relevant forums and utilizing relevant associations to increase awareness of assigned product(s).
Minimum Qualifications
Proven experience (3+ years) of exceeding sales quota in assigned territory
Software selling into an Engineering environment is a good to have, Architecture, Engineering and Construction industry is ideal
Knowledge of Revit/ AEC solutions and workflows is a plus
Fluent English
Native Russian
