At Autodesk, we're making changes to the way customers create and sign in to accounts. Our aim is to deliver a secure and seamless process for accessing your Autodesk account, products, and services.
We’re building a platform that inspires your trust, one that strives for reliability in every interaction. We’re also enhancing usability, bringing a new level of consistency and simplicity to your sign in experience across Autodesk products and services.
Embracing the latest industry standards, our improved authentication platform also integrates features that will allow us to implement changes more efficiently as we respond swiftly to evolving security needs.

When will the change take place?
Starting June 9, 2025, the new authentication platform will be introduced in phases as part of a strategic rollout. Availability will vary, and not all users will experience the update at the same time..
Do I need to do anything to experience the new workflows?
When you see a banner on your screen stating, "We updated the sign-in experience," simply click "Try it now" to explore the new authentication process (Check the image).
Will my organization need to do anything to prepare for the change?
Organizations will need to add these values to their allowlists:
- signin.autodesk.com Add to avoid authentication errors for desktop computers.
- [email protected] Add to ensure receipt of support emails.
