When double sided is selected, have an option for "mid plane" dimensioning. For example, currently if you create a draft surface and type 10 mm as the distance and then turn on the double sided option, the surface becomes 20 mm - so if want a 10 mm draft surface built from the middle outward, you have to type 5. This becomes trickier when the desired dimension is not something quickly divided by two in your head.
