Clickable Icon in Alias 2019

In Alias 2019, there is a new feature in which the selected tool appears on the top left corner before the Menu bar. Can we please have this icon clickable to make edits to the tool options? It can be helpful in certain situations when a tool is selected using a hotkey but the tool options do not show up.

This would allow users to select a desired tool using a hotkey and then make further changes by clicking that icon instead of finding the tool in other ways.

I've been considering changes to the CurrentTool Icon like allowing it to be turned off.

Restart (by clicking on the icon) and option box functionality, I realize would also be desirable.

I plan on introducing them in later Updates.  Thanks for your valuable input.
