Alias Trim Divide ALL subsurf in one click

I'd like to be able to trim / divide a surf made a pattern of 1000 subsurf into 1000 separated trimmed surf with a SINGLE click.

If I understood correctly what you mean, you can do it with a built-in plug-in. Go in Utilities>Plugin Manager>ExtractTrimRegions - then you enable it.

It will appear a new tool icon inside the Trim button, on Pallete>Surface Edit.
