what does this means? I can't install

I can't install Alias.

I can't remove the past of alias and also can't run.

It is  just in wallpaper.

I can't find past program.

Please help me~

Hi @Anonymous and welcome to the Autodesk Community!

Please delete all installation files you have downloaded so far, disable your firewall and anti-virus programs and download the software from our Virtual Agent linked here (click on Download Links, choose product and version). Install the program and the error should be gone.
