Showcase menus

I'm having problems getting certain edit windows to open in Showcase. The "Environment light and shadows" and "Shots\Properties" windows.

Others in the studio get these windows.

Any thoughts?

You can't find, where to open the Windows?

Are you using the shortcuts?
