Round tool issue

Hi, I'm a student using alias to create an alloy wheel, most of the tool I'm using are pretty new to me so its no doubt I've got stuck. 

when using the round tool to smooth edges between the cut ins. On approach to the final one it wont round it mainly because it is where the two revolves meet. I've tried everything to try to get it to work like round tooling the edge in the cut in instead of offset tubular and free form blend.

basically my aim was to have it looking like the rest of the cut in with a 2-3 degree smooth edge, along with the sides of the alloy and where the revolves direction changes all nice and rounded as well.

I'd be grateful for any advice on how to solve this problem.

Without any screenshots and/or .wire files, it will be difficult to say what the problem might be. You can include screenshots in your message via the Photos icon and attach .wire files when zipped via Attachments.
