HOW TO SNAP WHEN DETACH SURFACES

Hi all

When I tray to detach surfaces while snapping to an adjacent edge, I never get it. So, I must to detach near to the edge, and then, extend the new detached surfaces and, then, snap them to the edge

.

Please, look the attached video, and let me wich is the correct way.

Instead of trying to drag to the adjacent edge, you should hold down Ctrl+Alt and then click on the adjacent edge. It will snap to it, or to the point closest to it if they don't meet precisely.
