I want to export my 3d model done on alias, but I want to do it so that only the outside is exported, then the visible lines of the object, without seeing the isoparametrics of any surface, which happens to me as soon as I export the model in .dwg and open it on AutoCAD. You can turn off the U and V display under Control Panel and then export as Illustrator. At least you end up with vectors which you can then export from AI. Does that help?
