Could not run my Alias

I could not  launch my Alias 2016 

I looked up similar  Q&A

But, it didn't work anyway.

I re-installed again, but still. However, other AutoDesk products can run such as "Automotive Assets 2016".

Also, I found it build a folder on " One Drive", install of locating the path on my C drive

Is this to do anything with my problem? 

My OS is Win 10

Dear @chh27

You are using Chinese for some folders, right? If so please confirm you are NOT use any Chinese characters on your my document path to C:\Users\[username]\My Documents

It means you can not use Chinese character for your Windows login name to use Alias.

Above can not solve the issue, please try below:

1. Please create a folder only with single-byte characters on your local PC. (i.e "C:\User\alias")
2. Please set the folder to Alias folder by setting environment value as ALIAS_WORKENV = C:\User\alias
