AUTODESK ALIAS CONCEPT system requirements

I noticed that under the system requirements for Autodesk Alius, it listed that win 7, 8, 10 and apple OS can support the software.  But under alias concept, only win 7 and 8 are listed.  Does that mean win 10 and apple OS cannot support the program?
