Am I only person have transparency problem with 2024?

Do you mean window transparency or transparency in the control panel

I noticed myself that turning off "allow transparency" on a window does not work. I'd like to have everything go transparent, but leave my object lister opaque, and it does not work.

Same. in 2023 it works very well.
