Alias Learning Edition not Opening

Hello everyone,

I've been trying to contact Autodesk to figure this out, but I'm sure we've all experienced its impossible to speak to a human that can help. 

I have successfully downloaded Alias Learning Edition. When I launch the software it takes me strait to a window requiring me to purchase a license. I am not sure why this happens. I understand Alias Learning Edition is free to use, based on the information provided from the Autodesk website. 

Anyone else run into this issue? Or even know how to fix it?

We had some issues with the learning edition and 'registration' of it.  Can you try this:

a. Go here: https://www.autodesk.com/campaigns/alias-learning-edition

b. Click on Get Learning Edition

c. Sign in.

d. Download installer.

e. Run installer.

f.  Wwait for message that it is already installed.

g. Cancel

h. Launch LE
