I have struggled opening my installed 2025 Alias due to constant crashes that always happen during Utilities Initialization. Please help I can't work on my project if this keeps happening to me. I have repeated uninstallation a lot of times.Screenshot 2024-07-01 222145.png

Occasionally, it may happen that the software crashes at startup for no apparent reason.

The reason is a problem that occurred when the configuration files were saved (this saving normally occurs when exiting the software), so the software crashes on the next launch.

The quickest and easiest way to solve this problem is to delete all the configuration files, so that when the software starts up again, it will create new ones.

To reach this, you must delete the UserPrefs2024.1 or UserPrefs2025.0 folder, located in
C:\Users\your-username\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Alias

Please, note that AppData is a hidden folder so, you must have Hidden Items checked ON in your
Windows View panel to see it.

It sounds like a licensing problem.  If you go to autodesk.com onto your account, do you still have a valid learning edition license?

@muhammadaurelio_essifa19

Mohamad,   Did you ever get a solution on this?    All our designers that are trying to use 2025 (3) are experiencing the same problem.  we have all had to go back to 2024.1.

Deleting all preferences is not an option.

@Autodesk,  we need a solution!   please comment

Thanks, RD
