ALIAS 2024 SAVING FAILURE

I am using Alias 2024, and I seem to be not able to save the file, or perform 'save as'.

When I try to save, it says: "the file could not be written to the Alias user_data directory. "

When I try to save as after renaming, it says :" file not found, check the file name and try again."

I've been given full control to "everyone" from the property window of the Alias user_data directory folder, 
but it still can't perform save or save as properly.

@1609955808 do older Alias versions (e.g., Alias 2023.1.1) work for you, or is 2024.0 the first Alias version you are using? I'm a bit confused by the three points after "user_data" (user_data\...\F1.3...) in your first image.
Can you write to a location you have write access to for sure (e.g., your desktop)?
