Alias 2016 Directconnect Problem

Hi,

For some reason I cannot import .stp, .catpart files into an Alias 2016 session.  I get the following failure message:

"Translation of (part name) failed due to DirectConnect not being installed".  What steps need to be taken in order to address this issue?

Just install DIRECTCONNECT.

From your istallation media, look for:

\x64\DirectConnect\AutodeskDirectConnect10.0.msi

After installing directconnect your should be able to import tose files
