Eliminate unnecessary dimension to flange edges

Hello,

Per attached screen shot, example-column section, there are dimensions referenced to flange edges.

Common practice is never to dimension holes etc. to flange edges due to rolling tolerances. 

Please remove all dimension requests to flange edges for all dwg styles, it will save us time and prevent errors in the shop.

This also applies for rolled edges for angles, NISD requirement is to dimension holes from base edge, not from free rolled edge of the angle.

 angles being dimensioned form the rolled edge or toe is NOT a standard detailing practice, so many basic detailing practices this program does not follow, the boss said "Get a new program"
