Toolpalettes to be have smaller size toolbars sizes, not starting from 40

Advance steel toolpalette shall have toolbars sizes starting from 20-25, not from 40. They are too big even on a 32" 2k+ resolution monitor. 

Looks and feels heavy, it is easy to customize, but the tollbars are too large.

I agree fully. Every time I open an Advance toolbar I think much to big. Also I think their structure is partly not good. Too confusing. Lacking hierarchy.
