Project Explorer/Model Views - improve working with Xrefs and 3D Solids

I would like to improve Project Explorer to solve the following issues:
1) The active model view does not clip another Advance Steel model attached as Xref
2) The active model view does not clip 3DSOLID
3) The active model view does not clip inserted blocks or special parts

You can see what I mean on the attached a picture, that shows a model with attached Xref with active and inactive visibility status.

Specially in the plant industry we have big models with attached other models and inserted equipments/devices/pipes and we need to clip these objects using model views.

It pains to xref models to only have them turned on or off as a whole.

Glancing at competition (yeah, the T product) it offers a flexible and useful way of handling xref-ed models, IFC or else.

Come on Autodesk, open your ears (and purse :P) and listen and work with your clients.

Views not cutting through auto cad 3D solids special parts and not even displaying x ref models is causing me massive issues.

Only 33 votes????  Really? How many votes does it take to get Autodesk to implement a request? Certainly more than 33... come on people. Am I one of 33 people in the entire world that use xrefs?
