Level symbols to be dynamic

The level symbols are very rigid and do not provide real editing options. I would propose that the level symbols should behave in a fashion similar to a label. That is, you should have more control points (grips). Additionally, you should be able to grip the symbol and stretch it up/down/left/right to miss adjacent graphics.

In addition to all mentioned... The ability to name the levels would be great.
