With labels , once placed/positioned there should be an opition to lock it position , like in word you can move a picture/text box and lock its anchor.
This should be a check box opition inside the dialog.
Possible overall MT default to enable on global level for initial auto creation and placement.
First time user moves, the lock is disabled, but then auto locks again, once positioned.
Improved the auto placement rules and code to better control initial placrment.
