Import drawing style-process

When importing a drawing style or process, improve the import option to allow merge feature against existing line/field entries. Like if you copy a file and it is the same you have option to keep both, use existing, overwrite existing.
Thus remove need to clean up data entries that are left behind by the compact and purge feature. This process does not always clean up entries, end up manually swapping them back, the removing from the various relative tables.

Same when copying, inside the DSM, give opition to compare/ replace / copy of etc.
