Coating name on drawing

Hello,

In the MT you can add or change coating names. There is a field where you can fill in the coating name that you want to have on drawings.

However, this is not working. In attachment you find two pictures. to explain.

Is this a setting or is it a bug.

The reason i ask is because i want to have a shorter/longer  name on my drawings then for instance on my BOM list.

I have had issues adding/editing coatings in the location that you have shown as well.  However, when I need to add/edit a coating, I use the Table Editor in MT and edit the DB with coatings directly.  That should fix what you are seeing.

I agree that this should be what you are editing when you do it your way, but this may be at least a workaround for you in the meantime.
