I have just begun a new job detailing steelwork for mobile telecomms projects. Using Advance Steel 2020, I am having issues with drawing production. For example, I have a one meter 100x10EA with holes in both faces, yet when I produce a drawing using Assemblies A3 - Single - BOM, instead of the expected front, top and end views, all that appears is a front view. It still shows the holes in hidden line for the flange that is edge on in view, but one cannot, of course, determine the position of the holes laterally on the flange from this view. I can force another view to appear by clicking on the green viewport and enabling other views, but information is missing - features such as hole center lines etc. - which makes accurate detailing for fabricators impossible.
I have no idea where to begin to restore what has always, for me, been a default in the programme whenever I have used it in the past. I've never had occasion to interfere with this vital and basic function of the software so don't know where to begin to restore it.
If anyone can offer any advice on this I would be enormously grateful as the company has no support agreement with Graitec and no one else here is sufficiently knowledgeable of the software to help and I just can't produce the drawings I need to.
Very many thanks
Patrick
