Varies connections

Hi All

A simple and smart Question.

Do anybody knows for verying connections in advance steel.

Example I have a supporting Beam but the purlins following surface and varying hight at beam.

so how that can be done with simplified input. Just apply simple connection with give height.

Its work well in Tekla in that part but do advance steel have that option.

The user made connection is totally not at all best option because the purlins height and angle changes.

if it small numbers then manual method is good but if it many then its not helpful as it time consuming.

Hi,

Connection Vault > Purlins / Cold Rolled page > Single Purlin Plate or Double Purlin Splice Plate joints work fine on all the purlins in this situation. The plate length self adjusts to suit the purlin.

actually I want a base plate which to be bolted below supporting beam.
