Tool palettes - object cannot be inserted

Dear community,

I found strange behavior in the German version of AS 2020. Compared to the English version, I can't insert any object into the Tool palettes (not Advance Tool Palette). I have the Tool Palettes mapped outside the installation directory, so full read / write permissions. What could be the fact that access is blocked? I didn't find any system variables for that.

look at the path with your language version - C: \ Users \ XXXX \ AppData \ Roaming \ Autodesk \ Advance Steel 2020 \ R23.1 \ XXX \ Support \ RegisteredTools. The data AcTpTools.atc must exist here. Without this you cannot register and use the Tool Palette in Advance Steel. You can also copy this file from another existing language version of the same Advance Steel version (e.g. INT-> ENG)

This problem is often encountered if language packs are additionally installed.
