Threaded rod attachment

Not applicable

I'm modeling a loader chute for a conveyor and need to have threaded studs welded on the outside, near the bottom, to attach a rubber skirting. No such option that I could find. Any Ideas??

At the moment I have round rod in there with no nuts or washers which are required.

Hi,

There is currently no function for studding or placing separate nuts and washers. The best option is probably to place the nuts and washers as special parts. The models are in the Shared>Support>Symbols folder of your installation (the default path for Special parts each AS session). They won;t appear on a Bolt list but they willl appear on a BO that includes special parts such as UK Material List.
