I cannot get my treads to play friendly with Revit. Both software 2021.
I got everything else to transfer except special parts and the pans. Strange thing is that I made the landing pans from bent profiles similar to how stair pans are made.

I had the same issue when I was doing an Advance Steel / Revit presentation, sent the issue to Autodesk and they can replicate, see article below
The only way to get the in would be to copy them to a new AS model with the special parts, explode to solids and then import or link the DWG into the Revit file
